The River 107.7 and 101.7 FM and AM 1130 General Contest Rules:​

  1. All Contests are limited to persons 18 years of age or older.
  2. Employees of Zack Media or there parents companies, there immediate family members or any other media are not eligible to win.
  3. Any employees full-time, part-time and/or temporary employees) of Station, of participating sponsor(s) (“Sponsor(s)”), or any advertising and promotion agencies, and/or of the respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies of each;
    1. Any immediate family members of such employees, including current and/or ex-spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws, and/or steps in any of the categories; and
    2. Any other individual legally residing in the same household (i.e., at the same address) of such employees, including without limitation roommates, housemates, significant others, and partners.
  4. Only One Winner per household in a (30) day period, unless otherwise specified at consent of the radio station and station management.
  5. NO PURCHASE AND/OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
  6. These rules may be modified or adjusted when necessary at the written specified consent of station management of the River 107.7, 101.7 AM 1130 and/or Zack Media.
  7. Contestants MAY BE DISQUALIFIED at ANY TIME for not complying with rules as determined by Management, Staff or representatives of The River 107.7, 101.7, Zack Media and Hometown Kia(Hometown Automotive Group).
